Please do not apply here, apply internally through Workday.****If you are NOT a current employee, please click “Apply” and complete job application.****Job Description****PURPOSE OF THE JOB**Merchandises products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor.**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES*** Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.* Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.* Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.* Other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or GED highly preferred.* Retail industry work experience preferred.* Must have the ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.* Customer service skills required.* Must have good oral and written communication skills.* Must have good math skills.* Must be able to work under pressure.* Must have good interpersonal skills.* Must be able to work under pressure and without direct supervision.* Must have good driving habits.* Valid driver’s license is required.* Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.**ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS****Mental Functions**Repetitive job requiring frequent, but nor more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.**Physical Functions**Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, load, and push/pull 300 – 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack; as well as bend, reach and squat while merchandising and moving products. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
