Strategic Finance & Corporate Development Counsel
Crusoe
Crusoe is seeking a Legal Counsel – Finance and Corporate Development to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, this role handles high-impact corporate-finance work, including debt financings and strategic transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of transactional experience, JD from an accredited school, and bar admission. You will draft agreements, manage due diligence, and coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
