Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

DESCRIPTION

Grace Pointe, a premier Senior Care Community located at 1919 68th Avenue in Greeley, CO, has an opening for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Grace Pointe is currently hiring for Part-time CNAs! As a CNA, your primary responsibility is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

The wage range for this position is $18 - $21 per hour and is based off years of experience.

Shift Differentials:

• Monday - Friday, 6pm-6am (NIGHTS): additional $2.50/hr
• Saturday-Sunday, 6pm-6am (NIGHTS): additional $3.50/hr
• Saturday-Sunday, 6am-6pm (DAYS): additional $2.50/hr

Available Schedules:

Part Time Mornings (6am-10am) -

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with every other Sunday

Part Time Evenings (6pm-10pm):

• Schedule 1: Wednesday, Thursday with every other weekend
• Schedule 2: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday every other week

Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and ensure residents' well-being and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Skills:

• Experience in geriatrics.
• Strong focus on patient care and attention to detail.
