Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for appropriate state credential
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical SLP backgrounds also considered
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and communication challenges
• Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress reports, and IEP documentation
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
