Senior Project Manager

An established, nationally recognised General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an opportunity to lead some of the most technically challenging and high-profile projects in the region, with a focus on aerospace, aviation, semiconductor (chip manufacturing), and advanced manufacturing facilities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering complex, mission-critical projects while working alongside an experienced leadership team. Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships. Manage project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining safety and quality standards. Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Mentor and develop junior members of the project management team. Requirements 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience leading projects valued at $100M+ preferred. Background delivering aviation, aerospace, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial, mission‑critical, or other technically complex commercial projects. Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
