Our client has partnered exclusively with us to find a Production Manager to lead production, help maintain compliance, continuous improvement, and overall productivity within a high-volume food manufacturing operation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring product integrity, customer satisfaction, and audit readiness across the facility.

Position : Production Manager

Location: Monroe, LA - (Relocation Assistance Available)

Type : Onsite

Production Schedule: 2 Shifts, M-F

Oversee all aspects of production within plant
Training and development of employees
Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects within company

Requirements to be considered:

Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
3+ years production management or 5+ years production supervisor experience within food/beverage manufacturing
Must have experience with USDA
Must have experience with poultry - Chicken, Turkey, or Duck
