Location: Pueblo Center, 401 W. Northern Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel Requirement: 75%+

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care and support to participants in Pueblo, Colorado. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote participant safety and comfort, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Monitor participants' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Promote participant safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
Assist with daily care needs and follow established care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Follow infection prevention procedures and organizational policies.
Travel to participants' homes and provide field-based care as assigned.

Schedule and Work Environment

Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.
Scheduled for 40 hours per week.
Field-based position requiring 75% or more travel.
Based at Pueblo Center, Pueblo, Colorado.

Contract Details

This is a temporary, full-time contract position for approximately three months to provide coverage for an existing staffing need.
