What You Will Do:

• Lead safety and environmental programs across the manufacturing operation
• Oversee OSHA compliance, injury prevention, training, and audits
• Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability initiatives
• Lead a team and partner with cross-functional leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen the facility’s safety culture

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing safety and/or environmental management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, injury prevention, and environmental compliance
• At least 3 years of management experience
