Salary Range $55,000 to $75,000 plus Lucrative Quarterly Bonuses!

We are seeking a high-performing Branch Manager who will represent our company with great leadership while fostering strong relationships with contractors, builders, municipalities, industrial customers, vendors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
Lead daily team meetings and communicate company goals and initiatives.
Drive branch sales growth through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
Develop and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors, commercial customers, builders, and industrial accounts.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of management experience in plumbing supply, HVAC, electrical distribution, industrial distribution, building materials, or a related wholesale distribution environment.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profit & loss statements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/business management software.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge of plumbing products, PVF, water systems, and related construction materials.
Experience with Eclipse, Inform, Prophet 21, or other distribution ERP systems.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to safely navigate warehouse environments.
