Job Description & Requirements Specialty: House Supervisor Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 37 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor patient care performance, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain a record-keeping system for medication errors and counseling. Required Qualifications Seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. RN License. Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing.
