LPN/LVN Nurse - Home Health Travel (Elmwood Park)

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN for a full-time position in Elmwood Park, IL. Under supervision of an RN, you will provide direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
The role requires graduation from an accredited LVN/LPN program, current LPN/LVN license in Illinois, CPR certification, and at least one year of LVN/LPN experience. Travel to local locations is expected as part of coverage.
