Job Position: Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operators

Location: Hardeeville, SC 29927

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday (9:30am - 6:00pm) May be asked to work every other Saturday!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate Order Picker / Cherry Picker equipment in a warehouse environment
• Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to accurately pick and process customer orders
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Retrieve, verify, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform order accuracy checks and maintain quality standards
• Work safely at elevated heights while following warehouse procedures
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for movement and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
• Meet daily productivity goals while ensuring exceptional accuracy

What We're Looking For:

Previous Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience preferred
Forklift operating experience is helpful
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems preferred
Comfortable working at elevated heights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Basic math and counting skills
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working at heights and operating warehouse equipment
Ability to maintain energy and productivity in a busy warehouse setting

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must be able to work safely at elevated heights
