The Role
We are seeking a full-time, high-energy Sales Consultant who thrives on human connection and elite service. This is not a passive retail role. You will actively build a book of business through aggressive clienteling, personal outreach, and local networking . If you are a proactive seller who loves fashion and knows how to cultivate lasting client relationships, we want you on our founding team.
What You Will Do
- Drive Sales: Exceed personal daily and monthly revenue goals through high-energy floor selling.
- Proactive Clienteling: Build, maintain, and grow a loyal local client database.
- Outreach: Regularly contact clients via phone, text, and email about new arrivals and private events.
- Styling: Provide expert wardrobe consultations and an elevated, customized shopping experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Barry Alexander dynamically within the upscale Bozeman community.
