Industrial Equipment Sales Leader Grow & Coach Team

OTC Industrial

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and elevate a high-performing sales team focused on rotating equipment solutions. You will drive revenue growth, coach Sales Engineers, and build strategic partnerships across industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication, and a track record of meeting targets. Travel up to 25–40% is expected; relocation assistance may be available.
