As we grow our presence in North America, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Rental Coordinator.

This position is currently based in Dallas, TX and will relocate to a new facility in Ennis, TX by the end of the year. Candidates who live in or near Ennis are ideal; the role will be based in our Dallas office for approximately the first 90 days, until construction on the new facility is complete.

Position Summary

The Rental Coordinator keeps our shipping desk running smoothly, with a focus on order entry, sourcing material, and scheduling delivery trucks, while supporting our sales and engineering teams. This is a great fit for an organized self-starter who enjoys varied, hands-on work and delivering great customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time
• Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks
• Handle light purchasing duties as needed
• Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries
• Maintain organized, up-to-date job files
• Provide prompt, professional customer service
• Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment
• Able to multi-task efficiently while staying detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Self-starter who is dependable, energetic, and organized

Preferred:

• Prior experience at a return desk, order desk, or in order entry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
