Latitude Partner, Client Services (Non-Practicing) - LA (Metro Area)

We provide practice‑specific contract attorneys and assist clients with permanent placements. About the Role Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner‑owners (equity partners). In this non‑traditional legal role you will build your own business within the Latitude platform, develop client relationships and be directly responsible for your own success—without practicing law. What You’ll Do Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, managing its P&L. Build and nurture trusted relationships with law firms and in‑house legal teams. Collaborate with Latitude colleagues nationwide to select and propose elite attorneys for assignments and ensure client and attorney satisfaction. Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally. Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, thought leadership, and market leadership. What We’re Looking For Experience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department. A strong network of legal decision‑makers. Demonstrated business development potential and grit. High level of drive and individual initiative. An ownership mentality, discretion, and an abundance mindset. A strong desire to build something that is yours and grow it over time. Travel Requirements Frequent local travel to meet clients and prospective clients is required, as well as occasional national travel for conferences and partner meetings. Compensation Total compensation range: approximately $200k to $1M+ (base salary, bonuses, incentives, profit distributions). First‑year base salary: $150k–$200k, scaling down over time as a bridge to profit distributions and long‑term equity. Bonuses & incentives: performance‑based, designed as a bridge to profit distributions and long‑term equity. Equity: significant equity in your operating company.
