Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Town and Country, Missouri - St.Louis, MO 63017 Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $44,000 per year (base) + $10,000 performance incentive bonus Position: Territory Manager (District Executive) Job Overview The District Executive manages a designated territory (district) comprising multiple counties or population centers within the Greater St.Louis Area Council’s 63 counties, focused on growing the district in finance, membership, and volunteer development. Responsibilities Manage and grow the district territory. Develop and execute strategies to increase finance, membership, and volunteer engagement. Build and maintain relationships with community and business leaders. Plan and execute marketing, event planning, sales, fundraising, and customer service initiatives. Provide public‑speaking engagements and interact with diverse audiences. Maintain compliance with Boy Scouts of America leadership, membership standards and Scout Oath and Law. Travel for training and district events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required). U.S. work authorization (required). 1 year of sales experience (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Valid driver's license; ability to lift 20 pounds regularly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. People-oriented; experience with adult volunteers, community, and business leaders. Experience in non‑profit, fundraising, sales, or marketing is a plus. Willingness to accept varied hours, evenings, and weekend work; ability to travel for training. Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Washington, Missouri service area. Benefits Competitive base salary of $44,000 per year. Performance incentive bonus up to $10,000.
