Summary of job contents The Facilities Technician I supports facilities operations by executing basic maintenance tasks, upkeep, assisting with preventative maintenance, and responding to service requests. Works under direction and escalate issues beyond capability. Key accountabilities

- Execute assigned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to basic service requests and maintenance work
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under guidance
- Support contractor work on-site (access and basic assistance)
- Maintain accurate work order updates in CMMS
- Identify and escalate issues beyond capability
- Support general Facilities activities to upkeep and maintain safe and functional operations
- Regular communication with Facilities Coordinator and team
- Coordination with team members on task execution, support and escalation
- Interacts regularly with internal customer
- Travel may be required via any mode of transportation as determined by Company for business reasons such as, but not limited to, skill development, training, or a company business event. This would include travel to Corporate Headquarters/Field Offices.
- High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent or qualification from an accredited institution.
- Experience in construction or property maintenance
- 1-3 years in maintenance. similar role, or equivalent
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Familiarity of basic building repairs and tools
- Follow direction and complete assigned tasks
- Willingness to learn facility systems
