Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a day shift travel assignment requiring 1+ years of recent specialty experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Active PT license required at time of consideration
• License required if applicable
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply to bill rate and contract eligibility
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius
