• Hourly: $24.20/hr Taxed
• Per Diem Eligibility: $2,401/wk
• $3,272/wk Gross Eligibility

• Shift: Nights/Days: 12hr Days 7am-7pm; 12hr Nights 7pm-7am
• Duration: 13 or 26 weeks
• Start: ASAP

Required Certifications:
• AWHONN Advanced
• AWHONN Intermediate
• NRP
• ACLS
• BLS

Facility:
• Acute Care Medical Center/Long Term Care Facility/Outpatient, Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
• Total Staffed Beds: 46 -Acute Care, 22 Beds LTC
• Is on-call REQ: No
• Weekend REQ: Yes
• Open to accommodating block schedule?: No
• May need to float, based on facilty needs
• RTO: Restrictions: Based upon request, Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12 hour shift per 2 week
