Now hiring a Controller for an immediate need in Marion, WI!

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced accounting professional for a Direct Controller opportunity that is an immediate need!

The Controller will provide daily leadership and oversight to the accounting and finance teams. They will also oversee manufacturing cost analysis, monthly reports, variances to budgets, and all yearly audits and reports. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization. The standard hours for the Controller are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. This is a salaried role with a starting range of $125K-150k per year.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of accounting and financial management experience required. Preferably in the manufacturing industry or as a public accountant.
• Bachelors degree required. CPA preferred.
• Cost accounting and previous accounting leadership experience preferred.
