Senior Pastor

Grace Community Church is a small town church in a rural agricultural community. We are an independent, non-denominational church that is prayerfully seeking a God-called, Spirit-filled Pastor with a Shepherd's heart who is passionate about preaching the Bible and leading our congregation into its next season of ministry.This is a full-time leadership position that offers the opportunity to preach the Gospel.
The right candidate will not merely fill a role, they will embrace a calling.We are looking for a pastor who preaches from the Bible, who believes that you are saved by Grace, not by works. Someone who leads with humility and vision, who cares deeply for people, and who is committed to sharing in the life of ministries of our church family.
Expectations of our next Senior Pastor:
- To preach and teach the word of God faithfully, clearly, and consistently from the pulpit and in other ministry settings.
- He will prepare and conduct services on Sunday mornings.
- Perform communion once a month, participate and speak at extracurricular church activities, and conduct funeral services for church members when requested.
- Make himself available for hospital visitation when required.
- Lead our weekly Men's Bible Study and our Youth Group.
- To offer counseling services to church members.
