Area Director, Youth Ministry Leadership

A Christian nonprofit organization is seeking an Area Director to lead ministry activities that introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ in Town of Texas. Responsibilities include spiritual leadership, developing and managing a team, and ensuring effective resource development. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, relational skills, and a commitment to the mission of evangelism. A college degree is preferred, and participation in ongoing training is required.
