We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Sorting Associates . In this role, you will help scan, sort, and organize small packages for final delivery in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment.

No heavy lifting is required, and no previous warehouse experience is necessary—we provide training for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Scan packages using a handheld scanner.
• Sort and organize packages by delivery destination.
• Move package carts from the staging area to the sorting area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.

Schedule

Day Shift

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Includes a 1-hour unpaid meal break.
• Limited positions available.

Night Shift

• 7:00 PM – Approximately 3:00 AM
• End time may vary depending on daily package volume.

Compensation

• $14.00/hour until 10:00 PM.
• $15.00/hour for all hours worked after 10:00 PM.
• Weekly direct deposit.
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• Additional hours may be available based on operational needs. All approved hours are compensated at the applicable hourly rate for the shift worked.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required.
