You will bridge the gap between our Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring that human feedback for cutting-edge Arabic AI models is not only accurate but world-class. The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement. Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines. Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands‑on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety. Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program. Strategic Insights: Spot high‑level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines.
