Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists nursing staff and contributes to the implementation of the total resident/patient plan of care. This includes supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, education, recreation, and transportation, in accordance with established nursing department policies, procedures, and standards.
The CNA works under the direct supervision of the RN/LPN Team Leader and is responsible for maintaining resident/patient privacy and confidentiality while complying with BNRC's, a Member of Covenant Health, policies and procedures.
