Position Details Class A CDL Truck Driver – Milwaukee, WI Weekly pay, benefits, and a career you can feel good about. Compensation Weekly guarantee: $1,600 Hourly pay: $30.90 per hour Per diem: $50 per night Tenure bonus: $300 quarterly Loyalty bonus: $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 1 year Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year, starting Day 1 (use or pay for it) Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Routes and Equipment Route: Regional within Wisconsin Equipment: Day cab tractor, 28', 48', and 53' flatbed trailers Travel: Required within Wisconsin; away for a week or more, staying in hotel Schedule: Monday – Friday / Sunday – Thursday Loads: Secure load, strapping, tarp in wet weather Job Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Class A CDL with required endorsements Pass Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test Minimum 9 months tractor‑trailer experience within last 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures Responsibilities Drive tractor‑trailer and flatbed within Wisconsin Adhere to federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules Maintain accurate logs and records Load and unload freight as required Perform other duties as assigned EEO Statement Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
