General Manager

The Brookmere Hotel is a newly opened luxury property in the heart of Saratoga Springs, known for its timeless elegance, modern amenities, and exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations at The Brookmere Hotel. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury or upper-upscale hospitality, able to inspire a culture of excellence, drive operational success, and deliver memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency. Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on long-term planning, budgets, and business objectives. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and labor regulations. Represent the hotel in the Saratoga Springs community, building strong partnerships and fostering local engagement. Qualifications: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury or upper-upscale property. Proven success in driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive hospitality market.
