Someone hard working as well as detail oriented and wants to excel at there position to grow. Must be able to work with a team. Must have 2 to 3 years experience as a lead mitigation technician in the mitigation and remediation field. IICRC Certifications are a plus as well. Please let us know if you are interested! We can't wait to meet you! Job Description Manage a crew on job sites Coordinate and communicate with the customers, project managers and management. Organize daily activity on each job visit Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines Must have good work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations Know how to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Prepare and present project status reports to project managers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution Qualifications Proven experience as a lead tech in the mitigation industry Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, codes, and regulations Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and problem-solving abilities Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
