Fence Laborer (Entry Level – Will Train)
H&S Fence LLC

H&S Fence is looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn the fencing trade . No experience is required — we are willing to train candidates who show up ready to work and learn.

This is hands-on outdoor work helping our crews build high-quality agricultural fencing systems.

Pay & Benefits

• $18 – $24 per hour

• Overtime after 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Assist fence crews with installing agricultural fencing

• Load and unload materials and tools

• Help set posts, stretch wire, and install fencing components

• Operate basic tools and equipment

• Keep job sites clean and organized

• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Willingness to work hard and learn

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor

• Reliable and dependable

• Positive attitude and team mindset
