Join us to safeguard performance across our CNC assets and facility systems.Core ResponsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical issues and plan efficient, lasting repairsService CNC milling machines across mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domainsUtilize Fanuc controls expertise during troubleshooting and recoveryInterpret mechanical and hydraulic blueprints to execute precise workMaintain plant equipment: compressors, overhead cranes, hydraulic pumps, and moreOpen work orders and record repair activities for traceability and continuous improvementPartner with engineering to reverse engineer components when parts are unavailablePerform preventative maintenance to improve reliability and minimize downtimeIdentify and report abnormal conditions to supervisionRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 5 years in maintenance and machine repairProven experience with Fanuc controlsStrong mechanical aptitude and solid math competencyAbility to read hydraulic and mechanical blueprintsOwn and maintain the tools required for the rolePreferred BackgroundKnowledge of Fanuc ladders and parameter settingsAbility to correct machine geometry and/or rebuild to OEM specificationsElectrical diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilityWork EnvironmentManufacturing plant shop conditionsRegular proximity to moving mechanical partsPossible exposure to odors, noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicalsCompensation & BenefitsVision, Medical, and Dental (plus supplemental insurances) with 401(k)Paid time off including Vacation and 8 company observed holidaysAbout the ScopeThis overview describes the typical nature and level of the role.
