What You'll Do: Welcome every family with kindness and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the clinic running smoothly Communicate confidently with parents and caregiversAssist with patient intake and basic insurance coordination Support our therapists and teammates throughout the day Help create a positive, organized, and inviting environment for every child who walks through our doors What We're Looking For: A warm, friendly, and inviting personality Outstanding customer service and communication skills Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Medical office or insurance experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person A dependable team player who values respect, collaboration, and positivity Why Join Our Team?
