Heavy Equipment OperatorStuart Contractors LLC is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil construction team. We are seeking a dependable operator who is comfortable working on active job sites and has experience safely operating multiple types of heavy equipment.This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay of $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience. We provide steady, year-round employment with no seasonal winter layoffs.Primary Responsibilities:•Safely operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, rollers, and other construction equipment•Perform excavation, grading, material handling, and general site work•Assist crews with daily site operations as needed•Follow company and jobsite safety procedures•Maintain a productive work pace while working closely with supervisors and field crewsPosition Requirements:•Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience•Strong excavator operating experience required•Experience working in civil/site construction is preferred•Reliable transportation and dependable attendance•Ability to work Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hours varying based on project needs•Willingness to work overtime when available or requiredStuart Contractors values employees who take pride in their work, operate safely, and contribute to a strong team environment.
