The Opportunity

We're looking for an Influencer Manager to help build and run our creator program, turning the right partnerships into content that feels premium, effective, and genuinely ours. You'll own day-to-day execution across gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate, and our ambassador program, and help shape where the program goes next.

You'll work closely with our Sr. Brand Marketing Manager (who sets the overall brand and social strategy) and partner with our Social Media & Content Creator and Graphic Designer to make creator content part of everything we put out. This role suits someone who loves finding creators before everyone else does, builds real relationships, negotiates with confidence, and keeps a lot of moving pieces on track.

What you'll do

Strategy & creators

• Shape the influencer strategy with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager and bring ideas for where the program grows next.
• Source, vet, and build long-term relationships with creators who fit the brand.
• Create and send briefs, manage timelines, and track deliverables through to posting.
• Coordinate product shipments and gifting.

Programs

• Run gifting, seeding, and affiliate for launches and always-on moments.
• Negotiate and manage paid partnerships, from briefs and contracts to approvals and posting.

Campaigns & reporting

• Bring launches and campaigns to life through creators, working with our Social Media & Content Creator and Graphic Designer.
• Track performance across every program and turn results into smarter creator picks and spend.

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships at a brand or agency.
• A track record of running gifting, paid, and affiliate programs end to end, with results you can share.
• Confident negotiation skills and a working knowledge of creator contracts, usage rights, and exclusivity.
• A sharp eye for creators who fit a premium brand, and for what makes creator content perform on TikTok and Instagram.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate and an influencer platform.
• Comfort with data: you can pull performance numbers and explain what they mean.
• Strong writing skills for briefs and outreach, and an ear for brand voice.
• Excellent organization and follow-through in a small, fast-moving team.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer products.
• An existing network of creators in beauty and wellness.
• Experience building an ambassador or community program from scratch.
• Familiarity with Meta whitelisting and Spark Ads.
