Director of Asset Management (West Coast), LIHTC, Remote

The Director of Asset Management (West) will oversee and manage a portfolio of properties within the financial services industry, ensuring their optimal performance and value. This role requires strategic decision-making and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve property-related goals. Description Oversee the performance and operations of a portfolio of properties in the western region. Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability. Monitor financial performance and ensure properties meet established goals. Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges. Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for property improvements or investments. Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance to senior leadership. Lead efforts to optimize tenant relationships and retention strategies.
