What You'll DoAs the Front of Restaurant team member, you’ll be the face of EatandEvolve, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking their orders with a positive attitude.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front of the restaurant.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- Strong English-speaking and comprehension skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to work well with others.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation to assist as needed.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
