Community Resource Advocate II - In-Person Housing Access
Community Action
Community Action in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Community Resource Advocate II to support homeless and at-risk households through in-person services at the Community Connect office. You will conduct assessments, determine eligibility, and provide referrals to housing programs, while maintaining client confidentiality and data accuracy.
The role emphasizes equity, trauma-informed practices, and collaboration with local social service agencies.
