Responsibilities Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the assigned location, ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Engage in the development of property‑level financial and operational goals. Assist in managing day‑to‑day activities, including proper customer interaction, evening closing reports, bank deposits, staff scheduling, frontline staff supervision, month‑end reporting, auditing cashier shift reports, time‑card monitoring, hiring and training, damage‑claim review, petty‑cash disbursement, and annual budgeting. Assist customers by answering questions. Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences. Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc. Have thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways. Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications High School Graduate. Minimum of six months of parking experience preferred. Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekdays and weekends as required. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record. Clear oral communication. Clear written communication. Strong customer orientation and positive attitude. Adaptability to changes in work environment. Judgment and sound decision making. Physical demands: stand, walk, use hands for cash/equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lift up to 25 pounds.
