Hometown Builders Unlimited is a growing outdoor living contractor based in Slinger, WI where we specialize in construction of decks, covered patios, screen rooms, 3 season porches and various flat work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Order materials for upcoming projects
• Oversee and manage the execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Coordinate with designers, builders, subcontractors and customers.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making, keeping projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Dedication to quality work and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a lead carpenter/foreman
• Prior deck building experience
