Lead Toddler/Preschool Teacher

Job Description Job Description Our Lead Infant/Toddler Teachers will provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants/toddlers to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. You will demonstrate good judgement in the care and play with each infant assigned to you. You will verbally engage with children throughout the day in addition to incorporating play activities. You will maintain the feeding schedule with the bottles and solids provided by the parents/center. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Signing Bonus of up to $500 is offered for qualified candidates. Education & Qualifications: Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields or High School Diploma and 1+ year of experience caring for Toddlers/Preschoolers Daycare/Childcare experience required Must meet state requirements for the position including PA/FBI Clearances and Background Checks Must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high Excellent oral and written communication skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide a safe and loving environment for the children in his/her care. Plan and Execute lesson plans utilizing our proprietary curriculum. Change diapers as needed or help Toddlers with potty training. Setup Toddlers/Preschooler cots for napping Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean All employees are required to receive 12 hours of training each calendar year per DHS requirements. Communicate with all families professionally articulate clearly child'sdaily classroom activities.
