Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Acute med/surg experience 1+ years within the last year Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Acute med/surg experience 2+ years w/in the last year Would prefer RN's w/ortho or neuro-surgery background. Med/Surg/Telemetry background would suffice. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Care of med/surg pts Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance; medication administration; communication with all members of care team; documentation in EHR Best personality Fit: Friendly, positive, patient-centered, team-focused
