Fabrication Technician
Join our team as a Fabrication Laborer in the fabrication/finishing department, where you will be integral in creating fiberglass structures. This entry-level position offers training to those who demonstrate basic skills and a willingness to work.
Responsibilities
- Pack and crate products.
- Drill holes and apply handles.
- Seal ends of products.
- Make angle cuts using a chop saw.
- Utilize nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools.
Essential Skills
- Ability to pass a tape measure test.
- At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical inclination.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure.
- Good attendance and reliability.

Work Environment
Work in a fiberglass environment where steel toe boots are required. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and t-shirts. The facility is generally clean but may have a strong odor and can be itchy.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alum Bank, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
