Our mission is making outdoor spaces a JOY, not a JOB. We're growing our crew and looking for hands-on, reliable people who take pride in quality craftsmanship. What You'll Do Build and repair hardscape features including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, and stone veneer Read and follow project plans/blueprints for layout and grading Mix and pour concrete, set stone/block, and finish surfaces to spec Operate hand and power tools safely Work alongside crew leads to keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for equipment/materials Load/unload materials and assist with other landscape construction tasks as needed What We're Looking For Prior masonry, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred (not always required — willing to train the right person) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Willingness to learn and take direction on-site What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work with a growing local company Opportunities to grow into a crew lead role Blackjack Horticulture is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
