Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care as a sitter or CNA, floating to various floors as needed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning of patients
Perform hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while adapting to a dynamic healthcare environment

Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year of hospital experience
Active Washington CNA license required
BLS certification from AHA
Valid driver's license (required at time of submittal)
Flexibility and a great attitude are a must

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
Experience with patient feeding and ambulation
Comfort with floating to different units
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
