Based in the historic Highland Park area, this role offers access to everything LA is known for beaches, world-class dining, entertainment, theme parks, shopping, and a vibrant, diverse community with year-round sunshine. Join a mission-driven community health system providing high-quality, comprehensive care to underserved populations across Los Angeles County . This is a full-scope Family Medicine telehealth role within a supportive organization that values access, equity, and patient-centered care. You ll work a Monday Friday, 8 5 schedule with no call , managing a high-volume virtual panel of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Spanish fluency and community health experience are a plus.
