What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and solving residential electrical problems
• Performing upgrades, repairs, and replacements
• Educating homeowners and offering real solutions
• Running your own calls and owning your numbers

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential electrical service (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
• Experience meeting service or performance goals in a residential setting
• Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
• Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities
