Position Leasing Consultant Location Los Angeles, CA Pay Range $22.00 to $24.00 Hours Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend availability a must as schedules are subject to change Job Summary We are hiring for an experienced Leasing Consultant for the multifamily property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen. Key Responsibilities Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations Schedule and conduct recertifications with residents Enter and update information in computer system Follow up on work orders Maintain files Assist with rent collections Navigate resident concerns and escalates to the appropriate on-site representative Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite CRM experience Equal Opportunity Employment Protech Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employment Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr ProTech Property Management Staffing (Division of ProTech Staffing)
