Job Summary The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. They are responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a pleasant experience. Essential Functions Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor and uses guests’ last names. Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests; practices proper phone etiquette. Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage. Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities. Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues claim checks and collects them; maintains ticket information and calculates revenue. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state. One month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions; to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and employees. Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with American money. Understanding of 24‑hour, military time, and applicable rates. Desire to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay range of $15–$17 per hour with daily cash tips. Eligible for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan depending on length of employment and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits above. Work Schedule Monday through Friday; 8:30AM – 5:00PM or 7:00AM – 3:30PM. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Work is largely outdoors for extended periods, may involve extreme heat or cold. Physical requirements include sitting or standing, walking, running, climbing stairs and carrying up to 100lb occasionally. Environmental conditions may affect comfort.
