Lead Fiber Optic Splicer & Installer
Motive Workforce
Motive Workforce is seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer in California to install and maintain fiber optic cables on underground and aerial routes. You will perform fusion splices, test continuity, and ensure high-quality terminations with ST, SC, or LC connectors. You will read maps and blueprints, troubleshoot basic issues, and conduct daily testing and maintenance of splicing equipment. Occasional supervision of crews may be required, along with adherence to all safety and company policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Motive Workforce
