HVAC Service Technician HVAC Service Technician Location: Concord, CA and surrounding areas. Compensation: $90,000-$250,000 annually, depending on experience and performance !! $5,000 Retention Bonus For Experienced Technicians !! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and repair, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC systems. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for performing HVAC services, and repairs on HVAC systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Why Work With Us? Service and repair for residential heating and air conditioning systems. Inspect and test systems to verify plan and specification standards of compliance, while providing the highest level of customer service. Maintain, and repair HVAC systems; duct replacement and IAQ solutions Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained Maintain proper stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment in the fleet vehicle. Diagnose service issues, replace parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and communicate fully with the customer on the issues and solutions. Identify and consult the customer about additional/new/upgraded services or systems What do I need? High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of residential HVAC systems, duct replacement and IAQ solutions EPA Certification preferred NATE Certification a plus Outstanding customer service skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds About Peter Levi Plumbing: For over 35 years, for homeowners in Novato and northern California, the name Peter Levi has come to mean just that — Trust.
